Safety Mission Statement

1. Passionate to lead by providing leadership that changes the way our teams look at safety. To create a safe work environment which leverages the attitudes of all who enter our facility and send a message of intolerance of risk that could lead to workplace injury. 

2. Dedicated to elevating our SAFETY standards to World Class levels by creating an attitude of rarified awareness regarding SAFETY. Unnecessary risks will not be tolerated, they are identified and eliminated. 

3. Team members at all levels are responsible and accountable for the success of our SAFETY program.  Complete and active participation by everyone is necessary to achieve a WORLD CLASS SAFETY program. We demand an alert and competent state of awareness for all who enter our facility.  

4. Our collaboration approach provides our team with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to increase our safety awareness and reduce risk in our facility.

5. There is nothing we do that is more important than SAFETY. We are all in this together and must work as a team to truly promote SAFETY for everyone in our facility.
